The 2019 Chevrolet Tahoe is a large SUV offering a powerful engine, well-insulated cabin and an intuitive infotainment system. Three trim levels are available : LS, LT and Premier.
It’s powered by a 5.3 liter V8 engine with an output of 355 hp and 383 lb feet of torque. Buyers who want more power can opt for the 6.2 liter V8 engine which offers an output of 420 hp and 460 pound-feet of torque. Towing capacity stands up to 8,600 lbs. Standard towing features include trailer sway control, a receiver and a hitch platform. Optional towing features include trailer brake controls, an air-leveling suspension and trailer brake controls. Rear-wheel drive is standard with the option for four-wheel drive.
The interior offers seating for 8 passengers and comes standard with cloth upholstery. Standard features include a power adjustable driver’s and passenger seat and a leather wrapped steering wheel. Optional seating features leather and temperature-controlled seats, power adjustable pedals and a power folding third row. Three LATCH connectors are in place to secure child seats.
Standard interior features include USB ports, HD radio, Bluetooth connectivity, a Wi-Fi hot spot, infotainment system, six-speaker stereo system, USB ports, remote start, tri-zone automatic climate control and more. Optional available features include push-button start, navigation, a proximity key, a premium Bose sound system and more.
Cargo space stands at 15.3 cubic feet and is expandable to 94.7 cubic feet with both row of seats folded down. Available safety features include air bags, ESC, brake assist, daytime running lights, 4-wheel ABS.
